Drink in Focus – Paper Plane
I must admit this feature cocktail is a bit selfish of me…I like all of the ingredients on their own, but when they’re combined, they make a magical tipple. Equal parts of Old Bardstown Small Batch Bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino and Fresh Lemon Juice round out this pleasurable drink. The bourbon (Old Bardstown is a small producer in Kentucky) gives the cocktail depth and power, blending richness to the bitter and tart Aperol digestif, made from oranges, it gives the Paper Plane a beautiful red hue. Amaro Nonino is a recent club addition and brings a slight herbal and fiery edge to the cocktail, elevating the experience to the last sip. The fresh lemon juice brightens the final touch and cuts through the boozy note, making this a refreshing sip from start to finish.

Drink Recipe
Combine equal parts Old Bardstown Small Batch Bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino.
Add fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
Shake with ice and pour into a cocktail or martini glass
